The Team:
We - the brothers Tim & Steffen - are enthusiastic (crazy ?!) SUPers / athletes / adventurers. Originally more on runners (ice hockey) and skis, we have been drawn more and more to water in its liquid state in recent years.
Steffen is a freelance SUP coach (including SUPco Stadtpark & SUPPER Club HH) with 7 years of practical experience and also likes to give private SUP lessons. Usually 1-2 hours are enough to learn the basic techniques and to get some information about safety and behavior on different bodies of water.
Tim started SUP a little later, but all the more intensely. Through self-taught learning (he knows EVERY YouTube video about technology, maneuvers, waters, products ...) as well as kilometers of practical experience, he is up to date and can give one or two tips about a spot away from the overcrowded Alster.

How everthing started:
2016 was the birth of Hamburg's first SUP rental SUP Piraten Hamburg. The goal was clear from the beginning, namely what we have lacked on the market so far, a combination of family-friendly prices, top rental service, high-quality SUP material and no waiting times in conjunction with an uncomplicated online booking system.
We are particularly pleased that this concept, or parts of it, have now been successfully implemented by other providers and that together we can bring Stand Up Paddling closer to all SUP ambitiouss.
Located in the Stadtpark on the Goldbekkanal we feel at home and look forward to your visit.
