Start and end point: SUP Verleih Eichenpark, 20249 Hamburg
The start of this tour is the jetty at the SUP rental at Eichenpark in Heilwigstraße. First, steer under the Krugkoppel bridge in the direction of the Outer Alster. Keep left at the boathouse and behind it turn left into the Rondeel Canal. After a bit you turn right into the Mühlenkamp Canal, if necessary, you can strengthen yourself in the adjacent café. Paddle a little further and you'll come across the usually quite busy Langer Zug, again with plenty of pit stop options.
Turn left onto the Osterbek Canal and then continue straight for about 20-30 minutes, passing two bridges and many notable properties. At the next opportunity, turn into the Barmbek canal, which will lead you to the Goldbek canal.
After a while you can turn right and do a lap on the Stadtparksee. To return to Eichenpark turn right into Goldbekkanal. From here it is always straight ahead, mostly with a tailwind, which makes this direction of the tour a little more relaxed. After 30 minutes you are back at the Rondeel Canal, where you can either end your tour on the Rondeel pond or return to the Eichenpark.

The entry for this tour is also the jetty at SUP rental at Eichenpark in Heilwigstraße. Make sure you know the wind on the Outer Alster before you set off, as this can make things more difficult, especially on the way back. First, steer under the Krugkopple bridge in the direction of the Outer Alster. In principle, always keep to the right, pass the footbridge and head towards the café. If you drive further, you will see the Alsterpark on the right side and a lot of people enjoying a walk there.
After a while you pass a boathouse where numerous water sports enthusiasts cavort. The tour continues along the banks of the Alster, past a rowing club and then through the Kennedy and Lombard Bridges. Now you can finally see the Alster fountain and get to know the view of the Jungfernstieg from a different, a water perspective.
If you want to take a break, we recommend the stairs at the small Alster are ideal, drive in the direction of the town hall to go there. The way back can either be driven like the way there or on the right bank of the Alster along the Alster meadows and past the Feenteich back to the Eichenpark.

The entry for this tour is the jetty at the SUP rental in the Heilwigstraße. Make sure you know about the wind before you set off, as this can make things more difficult, especially on the way there. Drive left from the jetty and then under the Streekbrücke. Now follow the Alster parallel to the towpath or drive parallel through the towpath canal, which is a little more comfortable.
You then pass three bridges and you can then take a break at the Winterhuder Fährhaus (we recommend doing this on the way back). Paddle on and you will see the sunbathing area at Winterhuder Kai on the right and Hayns Park on the left with lots of water enthusiasts. Now it is noticeably calmer on the water, you pass the Meenkwiese and on the left another rest stop.
It's not far now and you will be rewarded with a view of the beautiful surrounding gardens. In the middle of this you can moor at the Alster Canal, where there is also a picnic area. On the way back, where you usually have a tailwind and which runs the same way as the way there, you can either take a break at Haynspark or drive directly back to the bridge and jetty at Eichenpark.
